How to meditate with InstantOm
There’s no wrong way to do this. Here are a few that work.
The thirty-second reset
Tap the little one once. Close your eyes. Follow the sound all the way out until it fades. Open your eyes. That’s it — you just took a breath the whole day forgot to.
Breathe with the rhythm
Inhale slowly through the nose for a count of four. Tap, and let the Om carry your exhale all the way down. Repeat for a handful of rounds. Let each exhale be a little longer than the last.
A longer sit
Sit comfortably, spine easy, shoulders soft. Use the Om as a gentle anchor — when your mind wanders (it will), tap again and come back to the sound. No goal, nothing to achieve. Just here.
